Working with repeat client SEGRO, this project was negotiated following our success delivering the Cambridge Road scheme.
The work comprised the design, supply, erection and commissioning of a new commercial building together with associated external works and services. It also included the diversion of an existing foul sewer and the construction of an access roadway on land outside of the site.
This project, located within a minor retail/ residential of Twickenham comprised the demolition of existing storage outbuildings and construction of new storage facility and ancillary offices.
The urban master plan to regenerate a business park required the removal of a building that was only 10 years old. We worked closely with SEGRO to plan and implement the re-location of the 3300m2 warehouse one mile away over a narrow railway bridge.
